Shareholders are referred to the voluntary terms announcement released on SENS
and published in the Business Day on 7 February 2011 wherein Hudaco announced
the acquisition of the trading assets and liabilities of Pentagon subject to
certain suspensive conditions.
Shareholders are advised that all of the suspensive conditions have been met.
