PROGRAMME RELATING TO THE GENERAL REPURCHASE OF SECURITIES DURING A CLOSED
PERIOD
Shareholders are hereby advised that Amecor has entered into an agreement in
relation to the repurchase of its ordinary shares by a subsidiary company during
its closed period. This period commences on 1 April 2011 and terminates on or
about 30 June 2011 when the Company is scheduled to publish its year end
results. The maximum number of shares to be repurchased during the closed period
share repurchase programme will be 2,000,000 Amecor ordinary shares. The maximum
aggregate consideration payable for the shares to be repurchased is between
R 3 400 000 and R4 000 000.
The agreement has been entered into with a single agent who has full discretion
in executing the repurchase programme. Any purchases will be effected within
certain pre-set parameters within the limits of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements.
