DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT AND CONVERSION RATIO
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 13 January 2011, holders of
Zshares GOVI units (participatory interests) are advised that the distribution
to be made on 6 April 2011 will equate to an amount of 40.93 cents per unit,
consisting of:
40.93 cents in respect of interest
Per the Offering Circular and Portfolio Supplement, "Distributions to Investors
will be
made through the issue of additional Participatory Interests to Investors and
not in the form of cash. Investors will only be issued with so many additional
Participatory Interests as may equate to whole(*) Participatory Interests and
not fractions thereof."
Additional Participatory Interests will be issued on the basis of 3.94764 units
for every one hundred Participatory Interest held on the record date.
Distributions will be made to all holders recorded in the register as at 25
March 2011.
(*)The balance (if any) will be retained and distributed at the next
distribution date.
