DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of STAN40 securities ("Securities Holders") are referred to the
announcement dated 4 March 2011 setting out details of a possible quarterly
distribution by the ETF to STAN40 ETF securities holders.
Further to the above mentioned announcement, the manager (STANLIB Collective
Investments Limited registered in the Republic of South Africa in terms of
CISCA) of STAN40 ETF have now resolved to make a quarterly distribution to
Securities Holders for the quarter ended 25 March 2011 ("the Distribution") in
an amount of 10.11 cents per STAN40 ETF security. The distribution will be
constituted as follows; 9.41 cents in respect of dividends and 0.70 cents in
respect of other income.
The Distribution will be made to all Securities Holders recorded in the register
on Friday, 25 March 2011 and will be paid on Wednesday, 6 April 2011.
