REGISTRATION OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION
Shareholders are advised that the special resolution for the specific repurchase
of shares, which circular went out to shareholders on 23 December 2010, has been
registered with CIPRO.
The Company is not cancelling and delisting the 37 781 700 repurchased shares as
they will be issued to H.L. Halls and Sons Investments (Proprietary) Limited in
terms of a subscription agreement as stated in the SENS announcement dated 14
March 2011.
