CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

notification is hereby given that Cheryl Lorraine Gooderson, Timeshare Director
of the company has resigned from the board of the Company effective 29 April
2011.
The board of Gooderson would like to thank her for the contribution she has made
