TRADING STATEMENT
In compliance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listing Requirements of JSE Limited,
companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are
satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the period to be reported upon next will differ by at least 20% from
the financial results of the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that for the year ended 31 December 2010,
headline earnings per share is expected to be between 10% and 15% lower than the
headline earnings per share of 20.75 cents for the year ended 31 December 2009.
Earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2010 is expected to be between
50% and 60% lower than the earnings per share of 16.88 cents for the year ended
31 December 2009.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
audited or reviewed by MICROmega`s auditors.
The annual financial results announcement will be released on SENS no later than
31 March 2011.
