RESIGNATION OF DESIGNATED ADVISER
Chemspec wishes to advise shareholders that QuestCo Sponsors (Pty) Limited
("QuestCo Sponsors") has resigned as Designated Adviser to the Company with
immediate effect. The Company is in the process of appointing another
Designated Adviser.
In terms of section 21.33 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, should such
an appointment not be made within ten days after 29 March 2011, the JSE Limited
("JSE") may suspend trading in the Company`s securities and, if after a further
month an appointment still has not been made, the JSE may terminate the listing
of the Company.
