Posting of Integrated Annual Report
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s Integrated Annual Report, containing
the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2010, was posted
to shareholders on 29 March 2011. The Integrated Annual Report has also been
made available on the Company`s website, www.liberty.co.za, for those
shareholders who elected to receive electronic communications. There are no
changes to the provisional annual financial statements released on SENS on 24
February 2011.
The Company`s auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., have audited the results
and the annual financial statements of the Liberty group and their unqualified
report is available for inspection at the registered offices of Liberty
Holdings.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 43rd Annual General Meeting of Liberty Holdings`
shareholders will be held on the Fourth Floor, Liberty Life Centre, 1 Ameshoff
Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg 2001 on Friday, 13 May 2011 at 09:00, to
transact the business as stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting. The
notice of the Annual General meeting will be issued separately to shareholders
in accordance with applicable legislation.
