UPDATE REGARDING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Further to the SENS announcement of 11 March 2011, JCI wishes to advise
that the audits of its annual financial statements for 2005 to 2010 are
nearing completion. It is anticipated that these financial statements
will be posted to shareholders on 3 May 2011, and that an annual general
meeting will be held on 25 May 2011.
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 11 March
2011 and are advised that the negotiations referred to therein are
continuing.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s shares until a further announcement is made.
