CHANGE IN FINANCIAL YEAR-END: CIPRO APPROVAL
With reference to the announcement released on SENS on 17 March 2011,
shareholders are advised that the Companies and Intellectual Property
Registration Office ("CIPRO") has approved the Company`s change in financial
year-end. Accordingly, Rainbow`s year-end has changed from 31 March to 30 June.
Therefore Rainbow`s results for the 15 months ended 30 June 2011 will be
published in September 2011.
