NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the results reflected in the annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2010, included in the annual report
posted on 31 March 2011, contain no changes from the audited results which were
released on SENS on Tuesday, 15 March 2011.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Iliad will be held at
13h00 on Thursday, 19 May 2011 at Iliad`s Offices, Ground Floor, Unit 7,
Thornhill Office Park, 94 Bekker Road, Vorna Valley, Midrand. The notice of
annual general meeting is issued with the annual report, which contains the
annual financial statements of Iliad for the year ended 31 December 2010.
