NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the results reflected in the annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2010, included in the annual report
posted on 31 March 2011, contains no changes from the audited results which were
released on SENS on Monday, 28 March 2011.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ADvTECH will be held
at 10h00 on Tuesday, 17 May 2011 at ADvTECH House, Inanda Greens, 54 Wierda Road
West, Wierda Valley, Sandton. The notice of annual general meeting is issued
with the annual report, which contains the annual financial statements of
ADvTECH for the year ended 31 December 2010.
