NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of Exxaro are advised that the audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 December 2010 posted on 31 March 2011 as part of the
annual report are unchanged from the audited results which were published on
SENS on 24 February 2011 and in the Press on 25 February 2011.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Exxaro will be held at
Exxaro`s Corporate Centre, Roger Dyason Road, Pretoria West, on Thursday, 19 May
2011, at 09:00. The notice of annual general meeting forms part of the annual
report.
