Shareholders are advised that Universal`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2010, was dispatched
today and contains no changes from the audited results which were published on
SENS on 10 March 2011.
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for Universal
members, which will be held at Main Boardroom, PKF Inc Limited, 42 Wierda Road
West, Wierda Valley, Sandton , Gauteng on Thursday, 2 June 2011 at 10h00.
