Resignation of Company Secretary
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Michael Mduduzi Luthuli has resigned
as Company Secretary of Howden and his resignation will be effective 30 April
2011.
The Board thanks Mr Luthuli for his contribution to the company over the past
years and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
