CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIECTORS
In compliance with sections 3.59, 3.61 and 4.8(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Roger William Rees has been
appointed to the Rex Trueform board as an independent non-executive director
effective 1 April 2011 in the place of Patricia Eve Shub who has resigned
effective 31 March 2011.
Roger Rees holds a B.Sc (Economics) Hons degree and is a Chartered Accountant.
He is currently the Group Financial Director of Murray & Roberts Holdings
Limited, a position he has held since August 2000. He is also the deputy
Chairman of Clough Limited, a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
