SUSPENSION OF MANAGING DIRECTOR PENDING AN INVESTIGATION
Shareholders are advised that the managing director, Mr. Wally van Coller ("Mr.
Van Coller") has been suspended with immediate effect, pending investigation.
Shareholders are further advised that the suspension will have no adverse
effects on the financial results of the Company.
