POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2010, forming part of ArcelorMittal South Africa`s annual report,
will be dispatched to shareholders today.
The company will not be publishing an abridged report as the annual financial
statements contain no modifications to the reviewed group results published on
Tuesday 8 February 2011. These results and the annual financial statements were
audited by ArcelorMittal South Africa`s auditors, Deloitte & Touche, whose
report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the company`s
shareholders will be held at 11:00 (South African time) on Wednesday 25 May 2011
at the Hilton Hotel, 138 Rivonia Road, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa, to
conduct business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting which
forms part of the ArcelorMittal South Africa annual report.
