APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Natasha Camhee has been appointed as the company secretary of Reunert Limited,
effective 1 April 2011.
Accordingly, Reunert Management Services, the current secretary of the Reunert
group, will no longer provide such service in future, also effective 1 April
2011.
Natasha was the company secretary of the Airports Company South Africa and was
previously corporate secretary at the Industrial Development Corporation.
