FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcement dated Thursday, 23 December 2010, and cautionary
announcement renewed on Tuesday, 8 February 2011 relating to the acquisition of
Comwezi Security Services (Proprietary) Limited, shareholders are advised that
until the pro forma financial effects of the acquisition are finalised, they are
requested to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company`s
securities.
Shareholders are also advised that the results for the year ended 31 December
2010 will be released on or about 15 April 2011.
