CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited
("the JSE"), shareholders are hereby advised that Michael Snyman has resigned as
the group financial director of 1time, with effect from 31 May 2011.
The board of directors of 1time ("the board") wish to thank Michael for his
contribution to the Company, including his participation in the listing of 1time
on the Alternative Exchange ("AltX") of the JSE, the transfer of 1time`s listing
from the AltX to the Main Board of the JSE and the successful conclusion of the
recent Black Economic Empowerment transaction.
The board wishes Michael well in his future endeavours. The board has initiated
the process to appoint a replacement financial director of 1time, and
shareholders will be advised of the appointment in due course.
Shareholders are further advised that Peter Duffy, a chartered accountant, has
been appointed as the financial director of 1time airline (Proprietary) Limited,
with effect from 1 April 2011.
