NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF CASH DIVIDEND FOR THE SECOND QUARTER ENDING 31 MARCH

Notice is hereby given that a quarterly cash dividend of 4 cents per share ("the
dividend") has been declared payable to shareholders recorded in the share
register of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 29 April 2011.
Shareholders` attention is drawn to the following important dates:
2011
Last day to trade "cum" the cash dividend ("LDT"): Tuesday, 19 April
Date trading commences "ex" the cash dividend: Wednesday, 20 April
Record date for payment of the cash dividend: Friday, 29 April
Date of payment of the cash dividend: Tuesday, 3 May
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Wednesday, 20 April 2011 and Friday, 29 April 2011 both dates inclusive. Any
changes in the above dates will be announced on SENS.
