In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby notified that Mr Francois Derek Jooste has been
appointed as group company secretary of MMI with effect from 1 April 2011.
Mr Jooste is replacing Ms Rweqana, who was acting company secretary of MMI.
