CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Huge announces that the role of Mr Anton Daniel Potgieter has
changed from that of executive director to a non-executive director of the
company with effect from 1 April 2011.
Mr Potgieter, a founding director of the company who has been in its employ
since 1993, has resigned as an employee of Huge Telecom. The board wishes
to thank Mr Potgieter for his many years of executive service to the
company, and wishes him well in his future endeavours both personally and
professionally.
Mr Potgieter remains a significant shareholder in Huge Group, and the board
looks forward to his continuing input into the company`s operations at board
level.
