RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF EVRAZ HIGHVELD
On 4 April 2011 Alexander Scott MacDonald has tendered his resignation as a
Chief Executive Officer of Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium Limited, part of
the Evraz Group SA, effective 11 April 2011.
Evraz Group wishes to thank Scott for his great contribution in bringing Evraz
Highveld operations back on track after the economic crisis. Under Mr.
MacDonald`s leadership Evraz Highveld confirmed its leading position as the
second largest steel manufacturer in South Africa, and its management emerged as
a strong and highly professional team.
Evraz Group was privileged to have Scott MacDonald leading Evraz Highveld Steel
and Vanadium and wishes him all the best in the future.
Dmitrij Scuka, a current non-executive director of the company, who was
appointed as such on 11 November 2010, will be acting as CEO until a permanent
appointment has been made.
