CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Olga Seiphemo resigned as a
director with effect from 4 April 2011. Ms Seiphemo has decided to pursue her
own career and the company wishes her well in her new endeavour. We thank Ms
Seiphemo for her valuable contribution over the past four years.
