AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARED INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON REDEFINE INCOME
FUND LIMITED (RDF) VARIABLE STRIKE WARRANT- RDFIVC
As a result of the Recalculation based on Interest Distribution an adjustment
was made to the exercise prices of the above-mentioned Variable Strike warrants.
These adjustments were effective from 21 February 2011. The warrant is
exercisable only in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the
relevant offering circular.
Please be advised that the adjusted exercise price is R1.71 and not R171.00 as
previously announced.
