NAME CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT ON ANGLO PLATINUM LIMITED (AMS)
The attention of Warrant holders are drawn to the announcement made by Anglo
Platinum Limited ("Anglo") on 28 March 2011 whereby it was resolved to change
the name of Anglo to Anglo American Platinum Limited with effect from 20 April
2011. The abbreviated name will remain "AMPLATS" and the JSE Code will remain
"AMS".
Notice is hereby given that, notwithstanding the above change of name of Anglo,
the existing warrants, AMSIBB ZAE000154175, AMSIBS ZAE000154233, AMSIDE
ZAE000154184 and AMSIRT ZAE000154159, that Investec Bank Limited has issued will
not be affected and all codes will remain unchanged.
