CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Oliver Fortuin has been appointed to the board of
Ellies as lead independent non-executive director and as a member of the
Remuneration and Audit Committees, with effect from Monday, 11 April 2011.
Oliver has more than 20 years experience in the technology industry, 15 of these
with IBM. He currently serves as General Manager, IBM Sub-Saharan Africa.
