DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MND SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI LIMITED and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MONDI LIMITED (MND) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 161.32545
cents per MNDNIF share instalment that is payable on Thursday, 12 May 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 08 April 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 11 April 2011.The
record date is Friday, 15 April 2011.
