Limited, shareholders are advised that Ms Carmen Miller has been appointed as
Company Secretary of Howden and her appointment will be effective 01 May 2011.
Ms Miller is an admitted attorney and has been the Legal Officer at Howden since
01 November 2008. The company wishes Ms Miller well in her new responsibilities.
