Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2010, included in the annual report posted on 12 April
2011, are unchanged from the audited results which were published on SENS on 24
February 2011.
The 2010 annual report is available on the company`s website at
www.grindrod.co.za.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held in the boardroom, 1st Floor, Quadrant House, 115 Margaret Mncadi Avenue,
Durban on Wednesday, 25 May 2011 at 14h00, to transact the business as stated in
the notice of the annual general meeting. The notice of annual general meeting
forms part of the annual report.
