APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Royal Bafokeng Platinum Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of
Matsotso Vuso as a non-executive director to its Board with effect from 12
April 2011. Following her appointment Ms Vuso will also serve on the Audit &
Risk Committee and such appointment will be recommended to shareholders for
approval at the next annual general meeting.
Ms Vuso is a Charted Accountant and is currently the founder and Managing
Director of Nyamezela Group. She also holds various directorships such as
South African Express Airways and Cargo Carriers Ltd, amongst others.
