DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SLM SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SANLAM LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SANLAM LIMITED (SLM)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 115
cents per SLMNIH share instalment that is payable on Tuesday, 10 May 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Tuesday, 19 April 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Wednesday, 20 April 2011 and
the record date is Friday, 29 April 2010.
