With reference to the announcement released on SENS on 28 March 2011,
shareholders are advised that the special resolution relating to the change
of name of "Anglo Platinum Limited" to "Anglo American Platinum Limited" has
not yet been registered by the Companies and Intellectual Property
Registration Office.
Accordingly, the salient dates for the change of name will be revised from
that which was published in the Company`s annual report. An announcement with
revised salient dates will be made in due course.
