UPDATED NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 16 March 2011
regarding a proposed fully underwritten rights offer by the Company ("the SAF
rights offer"), a potential mandatory offer and waiver thereof in terms of Rule
8.7 of the Securities Regulation Code on Takeovers and Mergers and the Rules of
the Securities Regulation Panel ("the waiver") and an increase in the Company`s
authorised share capital.
Shareholders are hereby advised that, due to a typing error, the date and venue
of the special general meeting to consider and approve the increase in the
Company`s authorised share capital, the waiver and such other resolutions as may
be necessary to implement the SAF rights offer, as stated in the notice of
special general meeting included in the circular posted to shareholders on 1
April 2011 ("the circular"), was incorrectly indicated as Monday, 25 April 2011
at 131 Fitter Road, Spartan, Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
The correct date and venue for the special general meeting is Tuesday, 26 April
2011, which meeting will be held at 10:00 at SA French`s offices, 56-58 Rigger
Road, Spartan, Kempton Park, Johannesburg, as correctly indicated in the
"Salient Dates and Times" section on page 3 of the circular.
