Appointment of Interim Financial Director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Terry William Rensen has been
appointed as interim Group Financial Director of Howden. Terry`s appointment
is effective 01 May 2011 and he shall hold the position until a permanent
replacement has been found.
Terry is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa and England) and brings with him
financial and leadership knowledge gained in his career as Executive Director
at Murray and Roberts, Group Financial Director at Northern Engineering and
Divisional Finance Manager at Anglo American amongst others.
Terry also serves as Non-executive director of the Bombela Concession
(Gautrain) as well as Spencon International Limited.
The company wishes Terry well in his new responsibilities.
