CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of The Don ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Professor Francois Viruly has resigned as a director of The Don with
immediate effect.
The board thanks Professor Francois Viruly for his contribution to the company
and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
