CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that, as a result of his emigration, Harold
Larry Prosser has resigned as an executive director of Conduit with effect from
13 April 2011.
The board of directors wishes him well in his new endeavours and thanks him for
his services to Conduit.
