CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Invicta has entered into negotiations with
their BEE partners, aloeCap (Pty) Limited for the possible restructuring of
their 20% interest in Humulani Investments (Pty) Limited, an Invicta
subsidiary, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on
the price of the Company`s Securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
shares of Invicta until a further announcement is made.
