POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s Annual Report, for the year ended
31 December 2010, was posted today, on Thursday, 14 April 2011, to
shareholders who have requested that hard copies be posted to them. The Annual
Report is available in electronic format on the Company`s website at
www.gold1.co.za. There are no changes between the audited Annual Financial
Statements as contained in the Annual Report and the abridged audited
consolidated Financial Statements released on SENS on 28 February 2011.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Gold One
shareholders will be held at the offices of Macquarie First South Advisers
(Pty) Limited, The Place, 1 Sandton Drive, South Wing, Sandown, Johannesburg,
South Africa and will be telecast to the offices of Macquarie Bank, Level 3, 1
Martin Place, Sydney, Australia, on Wednesday, 19 May 2011, at 08:00 Central
African Time (16:00 Australian Eastern Standard Time), to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting posted to
shareholders.
