DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - QUARTER ENDED 31 MARCH 2011
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited, respectively) have resolved
to make a distribution to holders of Satrix Swix Top 40 securities recorded in
the register in respect of the quarter ended 31 March 2011. This distribution
will:
Be an amount of 2,10 cents (R0.0210) per Satrix Swix Top 40 security;
Be constituted entirely by:
- 1,84 cents in respect of dividends; and
- 0,26 cents in respect of other income;
Be made to all holders of Satrix Swix Top 40 securities recorded in the register
on Friday, 25 March 2011; and Be effected on 21 April 2011.
