PREVIOUS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcements on SENS dated 23 September 2010
and 4 March 2011, respectively, in relation to the adjournment of the annual
general meeting. The annual general meeting was held on 23 September 2010 and
was adjourned due to queries raised by a representative of group of
shareholders, in respect of certain special and ordinary resolutions.
Subsequently, the Board of Directors has been reconstituted and a decision has
been taken that the resolutions that were not dealt with at the previous annual
general meeting will now be dealt with in the forthcoming general and annual
general meetings, which dates will be announced in due course. Thus the annual
general meeting held on 23 September 2010 is considered closed and will not be
reconvened.
