LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD DEBENTURES
NewGold has issued an additional 400,000 debentures as set out below:
- 400,000 following subscriptions in respect of approximately 3,898 fine troy
ounces of gold bullion at an issue price of R95.00 per debenture.
The debentures were listed with effect from commencement of business today.
NewGold debentures in issue after the issue of the additional NewGold debentures
will be 162,036,300 referencing 1,578,980 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
