TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Nu-World, for its six months ended 28 February
2011, is expecting a decline in earnings per share ("EPS") and headline earnings
per share ("HEPS") of between 5% and 10% compared to the previous corresponding
reporting period. This decline is largely as a result of adverse trading
conditions during the post December trading period in our local manufacturing
and importing operations.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by Nu-World`s auditors and is expected to be published
on or about 11 May 2011.
