APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The board of directors of Wearne is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr.
Rob Devereux as the company`s Chief Executive Officer with effect from 13 April
2011.
Mr. Devereux is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and has been involved in numerous
successful turnarounds. The current acting-CEO, Mr. Alan Bruens, will continue
in his role as Chief Financial Officer of the group. We wish them every success
in managing the group in a very challenging environment.
