Shareholders are advised that, following the voluntary announcement of the
reviewed condensed consolidated results for the year ended 28 February
2011, released on SENS this morning, the Annual Report for both Pick n Pay
Stores Limited and Pick n Pay Holdings Limited is expected to be posted on
or about 17 May 2011.
The 43rd annual general meeting of shareholders of Pick n Pay Stores
Limited ("Stores AGM") will be held at Pick n Pay Office Park, 101 Rosmead
Avenue, Kenilworth, Cape Town, 7708 on Friday, 10 June 2011 at 9h30
The 30th annual general meeting of shareholders of Pick n Pay Holdings
Limited will be held at Pick n Pay Office Park, 101 Rosmead Avenue,
Kenilworth, Cape Town, 7708 on Friday, 10 June 2011 at 10h30, or as soon as
the Stores AGM is complete.
