NOMINATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER FOR EVRAZ HIGHVELD
Evraz Group SA has nominated Mike Garcia to the Remuneration and Nominations
Committee ("the Committee") of Evraz Highveld as a candidate for Chief Executive
Officer. The Committee members will meet with the nominated candidate and will
provide their recommendations to the Board of Directors of Evraz Highveld in due
course. Mike Garcia is currently the Senior Vice-President Manufacturing and
Supply Chain at Evraz Inc. North America, a North American subsidiary of Evraz
Group SA.
