Resignation of Executive Director
The Board of Iliad, the building materials supply group, announces that Mr.
Neil Goosen has resigned as an executive director with effect from 30 June
2011 to pursue a career outside of Iliad.
Mr Goosen was appointed as an executive director of Iliad in September 1999.
Mr. Goosen has committed himself to a smooth transition and handover once his
successor has been appointed.
Iliad thanks Mr Goosen for his leadership and the significant contribution he
has made over the past thirteen years, and wishes him every success with his
new career.
